Daniel S. Plasencia, Esq., Associate Attorney, was born to Cuban-American parents and raised in Miami, Florida.  Mr. Plasencia graduated from Miami Palmetto Senior High in 2003.  He then attended Florida State University in Tallahassee, Florida, where he graduated with a Bachelor in Science in Political Science in December 2007.  During his years at Florida State University, Mr. Plasencia was a member of Phi Alpha Delta Pre-law Fraternity International, in which he competed in several mock trial competitions.  Mr. Plasencia then attended St. Thomas University School of Law, where he received an award for best oral argument in his Appellate Advocacy class and was a member of the Cuban American Student Bar Association as well as the Public Interest Law Students Association.  He made Dean's List his third year at St. Thomas University School of Law and then graduated from St. Thomas University School of Law with a Juris Doctor in 2011.  Mr. Plasencia was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2011.
